Ice fit owner Curtis Friesen was fortunate enough to play for the WHL’s Swift Current Broncos and briefly with the Tacoma Rockets. He also played in the MJHL with the St. Boniface Saints and finished his career with the Il-Des-Chenes North Stars.  Curtis brings that experience and love of the game to both coaching and player development. He coached in the River East Minor Hockey Association and then at the Winnipeg AAA level with both the U15 Hawks and Wild teams. Curtis started Ice Fit four years ago and has worked with almost 200 players at his yearly summer development camps.
